Flow Tools LLC operates the WellBeings business and brand (“WellBeings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including GoWellBeings.com, and provides wellness services at 10900 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 308, Johns Creek, Georgia 30097. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you when you use our website, submit a form, communicate with us, create an account, book an appointment, purchase a service or membership, or visit WellBeings.

  • Payment information submitted through our booking or payment providers. Payment-card information may be processed and stored by those providers rather than directly by WellBeings. 
  • Waiver, intake, and wellness information you choose to provide in connection with our services, including information relevant to your ability to safely participate. 
  • Communications and other information you provide when you submit a form, contact us, respond to a survey, request assistance, or otherwise communicate with us. 

Please do not provide information that is unnecessary for us to deliver the requested service.

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from your IP address. 

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve our website, remember preferences, understand website activity, measure advertising performance, and deliver or evaluate relevant advertising. Our website does not intentionally request precise, real-time GPS location from your device.

This may include information from Mindbody, payment processors, website providers, communications providers, Meta, and Google.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. After opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive non-marketing communications that are necessary to complete or administer a requested transaction or service, where permitted by law. 

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. We may continue sending non-marketing emails concerning your appointments, account, purchases, or other requested services. 

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver and administer our communications.

We work with advertising and analytics partners, including Meta and Google. These partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about activity on our website for analytics, advertising measurement, and relevant advertising. We do not disclose information collected through waivers or health and intake forms to advertising partners for targeted advertising.
